A SIM lock is not a blacklist
One is a carrier policy. The other is a report that the phone should not be on a network.
- 01
A SIM lock means this carrier has not released the phone for other networks. Their unlock form is the official path.
- 02
A blacklist, or a lost-or-stolen flag, means a carrier reported the IMEI. A different SIM will not fix that, and neither will a settings menu.
- 03
Ask the carrier that last had the line whether the IMEI is clean. Do not pay a website that promises to 'clean' an IMEI.
- 04
If the phone is not yours, stop. This site will not help you put it back on a network.
Official carrier and settings procedures only. This is not a bypass, IMEI, or stolen-phone service.
