Describe the phone, the carrier, and what you already tried in Settings or in the carrier app. Ask where the official status or the official form is.

Do not ask us to break a lock

No bypass, no IMEI edit, no paid 'unlock code' from a stranger, no jailbreak as a substitute for a carrier, no Apple ID or Google account removal for a phone that is not yours.

Do not post secrets

No full IMEI if you can avoid it, no passwords, no photos of an ID, no one else's account. A model number and the carrier are enough.

Be a person

No slurs, no pile-ons, no ads. We remove the thread and can end the plan for a repeat.
