How the month works, and what a cancel actually does.
Monthly, in advance

Each plan bills one month at a time through Stripe. Full is $5 the first month, then $15. That discount is a coupon on the first invoice, not a refund later.
Cancel
Cancel in the Stripe customer portal from your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid. We do not bill the next month after a cancel goes through.
Credits
An unlock credit that you already spent stays spent. Canceling does not put a sheet back behind the lock, and it does not return the credit.
A wrong charge
If Stripe shows two charges for the same month, open the receipt in the portal and dispute it there. That is the record. We do not take card numbers by email.
