What to send the carrier

The short list an unlock desk actually uses. Nothing else speeds it up.

1. 01

   Account number, the name on the account, and a phone number on that line if you still have one.

2. 02

   IMEI from *#06# or About. On a dual-SIM phone, send the IMEI they ask for, and say which slot it is.

3. 03

   A screenshot of Carrier Lock or the SIM warning, plus the model number from About, not the name on the ad.

4. 04

   Ask for the official device-unlock form or the status of an existing request. Do not send a code you bought from a stranger.
