If you bought a used phone and setup asks for someone else’s Apple or Google account, you do not have an owner path around it. The seller signs out, or you get a refund. We will not help you past that screen.
If it is your account
Recover the account on a computer first — iforgot.apple.com or Google’s account recovery. Then type it into the phone. A password you changed an hour ago is sometimes rejected; wait and try again before you assume the device is broken.
Death, estate, and legacy contacts have their own official forms. Those are slow and documented. They are still the ones that work.
